Northern Ontario Mining Awards Night

A recognition to individuals and companies for their contributions to the mining industry. Kick off the Expo with the Gala Dinner. Join us for an evening of Networking and fun with the leaders and dignitaries representing Northern Ontario’s mining and exploration industries.

Entertainment - Cedric Newman  

Cedric Newman has been performing comedy across Canada for over two decades. He has been seen on the Halifax Comedy Festival on CBC, as a finalist on the Great Canadian Laugh Off and on the Comedy Network. Currently, you can hear him on SiriusXM and on Season Eight on The Amazing Race Canada on CTV.

Tables of 8 will be available; the Gala Dinner is a great way to start the Expo and has always been a sold-out event.

The Gala Dinner is hosted by the Porcupine Branch of the CIM and is used as a fundraiser for their mining scholarship program. This year the Official Bursary Sponsor is the Day Group of Companies.

Since its inception, the Gala Dinner has raised over 150k for local non-profit groups.
